Rice cookers are not common in Italy because Italians prefer to cook risotto, which must be cooked in a pan to become creamy. But I’ve never been a fan of risotto, and I decided that after all the Asian traveling I had to have rice cooker. The Princess Royal Rice Cooker  was given to me as a Christmas present, and is now and active appliance in my kitchen. It’s as cute as a dollhouse accessory.
