Tomorrow is the 11th edition of the European Day of Jewish Culture.
This is the menu my friend Silvia has created for the occasion at her agriturismo.

Antipasti
ruschette salate e pita accompagnate da salsa all’avocado    
salsa alle melanzane    
oznei aman fritte     

Primi piatti     
riso giallo con salsa di piselli o fagioli     
tagliolini all’uovo con bagnabrusca o pomodoro       

Secondi piatti     
agnello al limone     
arrosto di manzo alle olive     
contorni     

Dolci della tradizione ebraico/modenese 

(Appetizers: salted ruschette and pita with avocado sauce, aubergine salad, fried oznei aman; First course: yellow rice with peas or beans, egg tagliolini with bagnabrusca or tomato sauce; Second course: lamb with lemon, roast beef with olives; Traditional sweets)
